I have a pretty outdated tool on this site and I would like to delete it. Is there any way for me to do this automatically or does a mod have to do this?

That said "outdated".... and? I can't imagine it is a terribly great surprise to find people in these circles liking to know where we came from and what happened along the way. Old tools, documents and such then become part of that.
Even without that I would also have to ask if this tool has some unique functionality (can also include UI/workflow, even more so if it is game specific), might be necessary for some kind of bug for bug recreation of a workflow (or a workflow in general https://xkcd.com/763/ ).

In this case you have the one program
https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1085/
"CajeASM is a fast MIPS R4300i Assembler specially made for N64 ROMs." and the version here is the last one I see otherwise noted around the place.
Looking at the feature list as well then that could well have functionality unique in and of itself, be useful in replicating projects (you layered a bunch of nice functionality on top of a disassembler, someone stumbles upon an old project using that and might well be unable to replicate it or have to undergo a not inconsiderable learning curve to port it to "something more modern" assuming there is such a thing, and this site does not house one though searches get some other stuff but mostly GCC based or older still) and much more besides.

To that end you could get it done, I would question if you should though.

Hi, I have similar issue too. But mine is addendum. I submitted 2 addendum and one is the inferior version.
Do I have to report it as Noncompliant Items if I wish to remove the inferior addendum?

What do you mean, these two?

Yes you can flag one for deletion, if one is a duplicate of the other.

"Outdated" tools often aren't; for example, I still use the Windows XP version of MS Paint because it doesn't mangle palettes the way the "improved" version does.

Yup, that's the one. They aren't exactly duplicate. But the latest addendum covers whatever has been in the earlier one. Anyway, I'll have to delay my Noncompliant report as I currently have 2 submission queue status. Thanks a lot for your confirmation.
