Why do the ROM hacks I download not have the hack in it?

Every time hack I've downloaded doesn't have the hack in the zip file. Is this a problem with me or is this normal?

Do you know which files you're supposed to be looking for in the ZIP file?
The hack is usually provided as a patch file of some sort (most commonly IPS, BPS or XDelta).

This is interesting. Check to see if your security software is not deleting it for you or something.
