May be you just clicked on a hack that does use a unsupported type of patch. No clue why it is gone for you. You should mention more detail of what you tried to do when opening trouble shoot like this.

There's a link to the online patcher under the submissions section on the front page. If you mean the "Patch Online NOW!" option on a hack's page, that seems to only be available when you're logged in.
