I installed the PC game and I want to add the Spanish dialogues and videos to the European Gamecube ISO, the files have the same format (PC and NGC) what tool can I use to add the Spanish audios?

For pulling apart GC games then GCtool, gcmutility and gamecube iso tool are my usual choices but there might be something newer. Beyond that you might have to go custom or it might be a more common audio format you can try overwriting with.

What I am more here to say though is the source code to Hit and Run was supposed leaked about a year ago. That might be a more interesting path to explore.
