I know it sucks bc dancing mad is a masterpiece..that Final battle is one of the reasons why I can never forget ff6. Some msu1 compatibility issues can be fixed as Conn made all his msu1 patches open source. Another guy who does good work is brutapode and kurano.I had to do some tweaking and had to get a little extra external advice to get the msu1 working in all places.i didn't know a whole lot going in, but learned a lot in the process.I still have too much to learn.. just lucky ff5 msu1 patch is so well done.Conn seemed really pleased that I didn't just ask him to do it and went at it myself but he is really cool if you need any info or help. The Pixel Remaster msu1 soundtrack is really nice. There is one for 4,5,and 6. Unrelated though I've kinda stated IMO that the essential msu1 games in my mind are the Super Star Wars trilogy bc John Williams is an audio god, zelda 3 bc of the optional ost's such as cadence of hyrule or the metal pcm packs, and the donkey kong trilogy bc they were just so limited at the time and I assume the uncompressed msu1 audio is what the original composers would have wanted if they weren't so restricted by space limitations. It seems they pulled off miracles getting out the products they did. Anyways I'll let you know how the inu new game plus patch goes as I'm about to jump into it. If you need someone to play test ffv tweaks with msu1 I'm willing to give it a a full go.

I noticed that there is a bug found in config screen. There is a error line in the reequip settings

I think it occur because of Inu's reequip patch

So on the topic of ff5 tweaks v2.7a if you're interested in adding in new game plus..ive tested new game plus inu patch..it is awesome..basically ff5 has a save point before final battle of game so you can save any levels,equipment,items,and job mastery status there.(or any other in game file system save) So when you start up the final fantasy rom at any time before or after the title screen just hit l and r together and it brings you to load save screen but says new ga+e instead..thats what mine says..and you can pick the save file you want to carry everything over from..including time played and load it..than it starts a new game where you can literally have every job and the most powerful weapons unlocked from the beginning..just resave your game to s different slot or overwrite old save to keep your progress..really well done...its a must add in my mind now.

Heads up here!! In my experience now inus quick reset patch(l+r+select+start) is broken. Looks like it relies on different things(too many?) It caused black screens and battles not being finishable.

Im not sure how to say this correctly..but is there a way we can add the status effects of each weapon/armor/etc on the equipping screen..for instance a lot of weapons have special effects but the only place they special effects are displayed are when you view the weapon/armor/etc on the item screen..it needs to be displayed on the equipping screen. For instance thiefs glove should say increases chance of steal success in the screen you equip it..not just the item list..also magic such as blue magic should have an in battle description of what it actually does..its kinda outdated the way everything is with this. Its one of the things ive hated most about playing this game over and over..its so glaringly obvious descriptions are needed in different screens than just the item screens. This is something im not sure where to even start with to be honest..but i feel its necessary.

I found another bug that when i'm selecting shurikens in throw command with ninja job then suddenly the screen goes black but the music is still running

Just found that, I guess it was caused when I unninstalled one of the patches in order to apply formula tweaks.
I'll try to fix it. Thanks for reporting the bug.

Sadly, that's caused by technical limitations; FF V only supports 64 descriptions for items.
I'll try to add a manual-like pdf instead.

I'll try to fix the menu bug (It'll take a time because I don't know exactly what caused it, it can be the text or the menu's code).

The sprites look incredible  :thumbsup: I have experienced same or similar issue/bug as Lynx the config menu goes warped when you add Inu's optional patch. It appears to be just visual as I can still change all the options without any obvious negatives and the QOL improvements work and are too good to pass up.
