I'm having doubts about this game because it doesn't have audio and video folders, what files should I replace?

Your question is very unclear.  I guess you were looking at some other game that had "audio and video folders" that you were able to replace? Because you can't expect every single game to have the same structure.  There's really no easy answer here – if making a translation was as easy as replacing a couple of files, then there would be a lot more translations.

(Also, it would help if you said that this was a Gamecube game.)

yes, it's really undub, I've made my own versions of other NGC and Wii games, but this one and Final Fantasy Christal Chronicles Rebearns (I think that's how it's spelled) doesn't give physically, only via programming.
