Of course it still "exists".  Are you asking if it's available somewhere where someone can download it? Because if so, you should probably ask elsewhere.

But I'm guessing what you really want to know is if people have modded the game to make arbitrary changes to it. Again, there really hasn't been much discussion of that here.
This signature is an illusion and is a trap devisut by Satan. Go ahead dauntlessly! Make rapid progres!

I was asking because of what happened with the game and no I don't want to know if it's out there for that game but for it to be used to remake Metroid zero mission.

I warn you it's NOT a friendly place, i tried to submit a translation to it and got it "corrected" (rudely) by ppl who didnt even know heck about my language. Do yourself a favor, fork it and do your project and dont try to mess with the main project.

oh :( the only reason I was asking is I feel the graphics are an improved version of Metroid zero mission and would have liked that style used for a remake of Metroid zero mission and the type of soundtrack it uses to.

I hope you are successfull, i say: GO FOR IT!  - But dont forget to choose a good font to look at, the one that comes with the game REALLY sucks.  ;) - Also, in case you decide to support translations be sure to make the GUI auto-resize itself to make space for the translated string.
