Pokémon FireRed Plus!

It's finally finished!
After a week of ADHD induced hyperfixation it's finally done! A hardcore enhancement hack of FireRed!

Does three things:
1. Changes the encounters on routes to be semi-random. You won't find Mewtwo in the grass on Route 2. Instead you'll find a semi-random assortment of Pokémon from the first three gens. Perfect for casual players who want something more from FireRed or the nuzlockers who want a bit more variety in their FireRed runs.

2. All the gym leaders and elite four members have updated teams with pokémon from the first three gens and even some new strategies for both the AI and the player. I even made Giovanni not a complete waste of time.

3. Changes the starters to Treeko, Totodile, and Charmander. One from each gen.

Now it still needs some work so there'll be at least two or three updates coming out as things get done.

Things to do:
1. Tone down Misty just a hair. She goes just a bit too hard with your options lacking as much as they are.
Either that or I'm just sucking at her right because I'm not thinking clearly or being patient. I'm gonna go with the latter tbh.

2. Change the Champion fight to have a few more surprises in there for the player.

3. Change up the encounters on the routes. Right now they're a bit too random so I worry that players won't have access to things they need to get through certain fights in the early game.
Maybe. Maybe I want to keep it that way for the hardcore players that want the possibility of having a doomed run that they need to fight through.
