That is the roof of "Mushroom Elementary School", what is actually being "Twinkle Elementary School" (in the original EarthBound Beginnings).

This hack is still in Beta phase. There are many things to do and to correct.

Summary of changes:

-The starting stats of all playable characters have been changed.

-Fixed some dialogues (Pointer change process).
