Issues Patching Jiggies of Time

I just cannot seem to be able to play Jiggies of Time. I've tried various patch programs and versions of the game. The 1st problem occurs when trying to patch with xdeltaUI.exe : xdelta3 target window checksum mismatch XD3_INVALID_INPUT . The 2nd problem is when using https://www.romhacking.net/patch : In a permanent loop that cannot be exited. Emulation will now stop. Verify ROM and it's settings . Maybe somebody could shine some light onto this?

wrong rom, no we can't give you the right rom

I just tested and the patch works perfectly fine. Check with http://www.romhacking.net/hash/ if you have this ROM:

    Database match: Banjo-Kazooie (USA)

I have the right version of the ROM but what I don't have is a clue why this isn't working.
