Chip & Dale vertical scrolling

I need someone to help me with this problem.
I am creating a Chip & Dale 1 romhack for NES, the truth is that in the CadEditor tool there is a section to be able to change the scrolling of the screens.
Well ... in a room or screen I need to change the vertical scroll to 20 so that it can go up (the screen is located on the left), the case is that none of the options shown in the editor has the value 20, causing the screen stops advancing.

How can I put that value 20 for that room?
