Showdown 64 mod

Hi Im new here and I have Project 64 with NO Mercy and version of the showdown 64 mod but I have no idea how to install the thing. Can someone please tell me an easy way to install it?

What have you tried so far? Where did you find this mod? Did the place where you got it from provide any documentation?
