Quote from: PrincessMonacoOfKent on May 08, 2022, 06:26:41 AMDoes anyone fancy seeing if they can either unlock (or even better, extract as a standalone game as with Pac-Man and Ms Pac-Man here) the excellent Time Pilot 95 bonus game from Ganbare Goemon 4 on SNES?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkTz16LQjHYNormally you have to 100% complete the entire game (no small feat, as it's many hours long and full of secrets and sidequests and whatnot) although there definitely is an unlock cheat - I unlocked it by accident once while just flailing around hitting random controls on the menu screen. But I've spent months trying to recreate that accident, and searching everywhere I could find for the code, to no avail. Would be super-grateful.
Quote from: PrincessMonacoOfKent on May 08, 2022, 11:44:33 AMThat's most kind, but as I said on the original thread, I already have a save file that works on the PC but they're no good on the other (Retroarch) formats I want to play Time Pilot on
Quote from: Hacker65xx on May 08, 2022, 07:17:25 PMit's good , i find , I make a romhack patch for enable time pilot 95 https://www.transfernow.net/dl/20220508XvENh13w(Patch on the translated version https://www.romhacking.net/translations/5665/)
Quote from: Jorpho on May 08, 2022, 11:52:10 PMI don't know what you've tried, but while savestates might not be portable between different emulators, saveram can usually be copied around one way or another.
Quote from: PrincessMonacoOfKent on May 09, 2022, 03:56:48 AMIt works! I LOVE YOU!(It pretends not to - the other bonus game shows in the Arcade menu but TP95 doesn't - but it's fully selectable and playable. I've wanted this for SO long, thank you very very much )
Quote from: Jorpho on May 08, 2022, 11:52:10 PMWould you please consider uploading it to this site to ensure it is properly preserved?
Quote from: PrincessMonacoOfKent on May 09, 2022, 03:56:48 AMI tried absolutely everything I could think of with both savestates and SRAM files. But different emulators don't even save the same size of SRAM file. Some of the ones for this game were 32KB, some were 8KB.
QuoteBut the patch works, so problem solved
Quote from: A.W. Laris Borromeo on May 10, 2022, 09:24:26 AMWe all know the game is bad,but I got ideas to fix the gamw's problems.A hack of the SNES Lord of the Rings game to have SRAM saving (instead of passwords), fully AI controlled partners and double EXP drops with AI partner chacaters share the same exp. Also fully AI controlled partners.
