Is a "I can't believe they are still giving us money" DLC pack for a forgettable smash brothers game being snubbed, if you can even call it that, a bad thing?
That said since when does anybody take computer game awards shows seriously? Even among industry driven self congratulatory awards shows then the computer game efforts are looked down upon... I dare say even the The British Soap Awards has more prestige and merit. In the case of the game awards I know they rebranded after a fashion a while back to try to shed some of the stink of the VGAs but we should all still remember how awful they were.
