I play video games to release my stress after long working hours. But that's not the ultimate solution. You have to be strong enough to deal with stress, anxiety, and depression without any support or diversion. This comes only by practice. Train your mind to handle such a situation. Work on your mindset. Grow spiritually!

Hi, I didn't want to create a new thread. Virtual Reality games are pretty dope. It's the kick I needed to actually enjoy gaming again.

Although, with the late release of 2D side-scrollers like Shovel Knight and Steam indie games I doubt the VR market will kill the current 3D games, console era. Even the Virtual Boy was initially a huge failure. Although, this new stuff is way better.
