Battle of the Holy in Stage 1

Hi, I can't make to work the "Battle of the Holy in Stage 1" mod for Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth.

The program seems to patch the iso without problems (I also tried patching with floating and the MD5 matches), however when I play it on dolphin, stage 1 music is the same as original.

I've the USA version of the game: MD5 = 23908498a8f8944d9e3e6f67c2ee20a4
