SNES Tile Changer

Hello I would like to know if there are any tile editor programs out there for SNES games, like for example, changing the text in an SNES game.

The two that immediately come to mind are Tile Layer Pro or YY-CHR.

That's what these do. They change sprite data and would theoretically allow you to change Mario's sprite to Wario's for example.

Many SNES ROMs use compression.  In such cases graphics cannot be edited unless the graphics are first decompressed and then re-compressed after editing – and different games may use slightly different forms of compression, so there's (generally) no easy way of writing a decompressor without reverse-engineering the code.

But people have been editing Super Mario World for decades now and I'm sure there's an appropriate tool out there for Super Mario World specifically.

I wouldn't mind having one of the tools to change some of the logos, like the Sailor Moon logos to the Viz style and/or DIC style logos.
