Yep, now all of the SNES Ganbare Goemon games are translated!

It suddenly poofed out of the translation list for some reason, so here's the other link.  It's been updated to v3 anyway: https://twitter.com/DDSTranslation/status/1295370426693058562

Also Get Going! Ebisumaru - The Mechanical Maze - Mystery of the Missing Goemon!! https://twitter.com/DDSTranslation/status/1295370804113350659

EDIT: Also also, looks like the first game got a retranslation: https://twitter.com/DDSTranslation/status/1295369726672150528

I completely agree.  Mediafire isn't the best either, I know this from experience.  I'm hoping that this ends up on Zophar.

I guess DDS used some block list based off of neogaf or resetera. I'm not sure how the whole thing works, but this was done a few years ago and not something that was recent.

no, it was during the debacle last year or whatever i think

Looks like the other two patches did end up in the database.  I'm gonna keep an eye on this, but if anything else happens I probably won't say it here due to dramu.  EDIT: Oh nevermind, it seems to be up again now (though only at v2).

I don't know much about Twitter, but there are these living lists that you can use to block people and there are a lot of false positives on them.  I've seen this happen to people with so-called "pro shippers" blocking "anti shippers" along with the opposite, and other strange group-related blocklists you wouldn't know about otherwise.

I can't blame him, though. Perhaps blocking all twitter users involved in some way with resetera, hg101, etc might be excessive (mainly because of those false positives that might end up blocking people who weren't guilty of anything), but can I understand DDS rage against these people.

I had to create several accounts on twitter because I've also been banned for taking sides or expressing my discomfort about the kind things that have been happening recently on the translation scene.

I think someone else uploaded the patches anyway, so it's not a big deal. Probably some people will try to false flag them as non-compliant, but to my knowledge there shouldn't be any issues with these. I quite liked The Legend of Mystical Ninja back in the day, good to see this newer English version. :)

To clarify: The hacks were originally submitted by people besides the original author. I held off on approving them until I heard back from DDSTranslation, who gave the okay to add them to the site. That's what caused the delay.

They also uploaded an outdated version of the Goemon 4 patch, but I submitted an update.
