I have SNES9x set correctly so that other SatellaView games I've tested are working. When I try to start this up I get a error message saying "The SRAM File Wasn't Found". Then just a black screen. Does anyone know how to get this game working properly?

Consulting the readme, have you tried to see if the game works in BSNES+?

How would that help me play it on SNES9x?

If it works in BSNES+, then at least you know you the ROM is patched correctly.  If it doesn't work in BSNES+, then that may suggest additional troubleshooting steps.

Also, if it works in BSNES+, then it is entirely possible that it won't work in SNES9x until the developers make improvements in the emulation, as BSNES+ is generally regarded as having greater accuracy than SNES9x.
