I didn't look all that closely, but your translations (those I glanced over) seem fairly solid.
I'd say some of the "raw" translations seem more like they'd be the "edited" ones, though. Take #4, for example:
きんたろうが ふりかえると そこに
"Wait!" Kintaros mom gave him
a rice ball for the day."
I'd say a "raw" translation might be more like:
"Wait a minute, Kintaro!" Kintaro spun around to find his mother standing there holding a rice ball.
I might be interested in helping with this project, but unfortunately don't have any time for new projects for the next few months. I've made a note in my calendar to check back with you then, though, if my schedule frees up a little and you haven't already received sufficient assistance.

Oh, just saw this one, #142:
[MOM]「それから 5じの もんげんを
こえたから まきは はんぶん
Mom: And because your were out past
5. Please pickup some firewood
I think this might rather be, Mom: So, since you were out past the 5 o'clock curfew, I'm removing half the firewood!
I don't know for sure because I can't see the context, but I think it's that she's giving you half of the firewood she'd otherwise give you; however, it could also mean she's taking half of your firewood that you already have.
