The title screen editor has a file missing or Invalid.(If anyone has a working copy please send it if possible)
I can edit the 1p and 2p icons and the Copyright 1988.(P.s. It won't let me put 0's in for 2020)
I also can't edit where it says: NINTENDO.

Instead of leaving us to guess what file might be missing, why don't you post the exact error message you are seeing?

Need some help changing the title screen? Here's an old thread I created, found here: http://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php?topic=20604. With a hex editor, I managed to change the copyright date on the title screen to read 1990 (the North American release date) instead of 1988. You should try out hex editing, and you might have to put a little effort into it, but I think it'll be worth it.

Download and unzip file https://www.excel-vba.ru/download/9

Copy COMDLG32.OCX to C:\Windows\System32 if x32 or to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 if x64

In the same folder run cmd.exe as admin

If x32, type
regsvr32 COMDLG32.OCX

If x64, type
C:\windows\syswow64\Regsvr32 COMDLG32.OCX

Press Enter and reboot

Yes, we've established that. You have said that several times now. Writing that again is not going to get you any help.

You edit the title screen by using the editor. If you get an error message when you run the editor, then you need to figure out what the error message means.

@JugglingGamer - I'm sorry I didn't make this clear to you, but if you haven't already, go the internal link I put in my last post, and if you have a hex editor, follow those instructions, and you should be able to change the date on the screen to whatever you want.

Thanks for the info, guys. I'm willing to replace "Mario Bros." with "Toads" and replace the 3 with a mushroom in my upcoming SMB3 ROM Hack.
