Any TLP pros out there?
« on: January 21, 2020, 04:00:05 pm »
Hi.I am working on a hack for a SNES game and could get images just fine. My problem is using my bitmap in tlp. Every time I input, the colors change on me. I get WHY this happens, I just don't understand how tlp decides which color index to use for what. Can someone help pls?
Anything is possible :)

It matches the TLP palette up to the BMP file's palette - e.g. if the first indexed color in TLP is blue, and the first indexed color in the BMP is red, then all the red values in the BMP become blue when imported into TLP.

You can view the BMP's palette order in programs like GIMP and adjust accordingly. Hope that helps!
