River City Ransom palette question

I got the BARF! editor to work, so I'm planning to change the text to give this game a more comedic story, but I'm kinda stumped on this...

I looked here to see if there was any palette info, but no dice. 



You see where it's blue in the player's outfit? here's the palette info in FCEUX. This is the first place in you walk into in Grotto Mall.



I just wanna ask if would I have to change the palette of the player's blue palette in more than one place in the ROM?

I've never got the BARF! editor to work myself, but I am totally curious to know what you are working on!

There isn't much out there for RCR hacks except for minor graphical hacks.  I would LOVE to see some level and music hacks.

To Jaz and RCRHacker2401, I uploaded the editor for you guys, so you guys can snag it here. That link will only last about a month. But yeah when I get back I'm gonna try to figure out the palette for when you're in the shops in this game.

I have the file, it just gives me a bunch of error codes. This is really the only problem for me. My hack involves a new storyline, which also needs new dialogue in order for the story to advance right. I have the sprites, I know how to change sprites/palettes, I just can't edit the text, because the editor won't load. If there's any other method to change the text, let me know.

So I've got the barf editor, when I click the win.32.bat file (like the readme says) it says it needs some file. I downloaded this said file off of sourceforge, still won't work. How the  do i get this stupid piece of  to work?
