KT had a Geocities site for a rather extensive Tactics Ogre romhack called Chronicle Valeria. He also had romhacks for several other games, including Brigadine. I don't think any of these have been added to the RHDN database have them? An archive of his site is here:

Checking, the Ogre Battle hack was already submitted, but that appears to have been the only one. He also has an additional bug-fix romhack that doesn't alter the game. The other romhacks have not been submitted.

The romhacks come with readme files in Japanese, but I can't read them. But I can find some English pages. Some are simple bug fixes, and the TO one is the most substantial. The TO also has a series of optional patches as well.

Chronicle of Valeria has massive changes, adds a day/night cycle, adds new classes, new items, and adds Neo.

Since no one's done it in years, I may just end up submitting this myself. It's just that I haven't played it and barely understand it because it's all in japanese so I don't feel confident being the one trying to explain what the mod even is. I'm not sure if the additional patches are optional patches or if they're just for that one feature but not the rest of CV2 for the regular game.

And the only site I can find is a dead geo-cities. I have heard there might be fan wikis that explain this but I haven't found any.

Thankfully the Geocities site used direct links and all the files were archived.

I can answer this a bit better now having done more research. It's a class-overhaul of the SFC version and adds maybe 3x the amount of jobs as the original. There are classes taken from FFT, Ogre Battle, and elsewhere. yes, that's Agrias Oaks as the Holy Knight and you see the Valkyrie Profile lady in there too. It also rebalances classes and combat, and adds a lot of new things. For instance in rain bow range decreases.

CV2 is the entire package, but he also has each feature split up into separate patches. He also aseparate bugfix patch.

Do I know every little change? No because I don' think that's documented everywhere, including in Japanese. The project page is pretty vague.
