Help with Celebi Event in Pokémon Crystal

Im in germany and i try to trigger the celebi event but no result 

Can anyone help here

So in the celebi rom is the first e6 in german is it 82

Follow the same process the Spanish person did.
Don't just look for "the first E6 in the ROM". That's not how it works.
Look at the screenshot at the data near the changed address. Use the Hex Search function to find a sequence of similar data in the German version. IT IS NOT GOING TO BE AT THE SAME ADDRESS, so don't worry about what the exact address is. Look NEAR the address. Pokemon games never have the data at the same address in different language versions.
