 About your previous cosnulta is quite simple actually, I made a screenshot of the original application, with it I created the model with which I decided the new design, then recreate it manually using:

 ♦ ResHaker   |Extract and insert resources.
 ♦ Notepad++  |Modify the interface.
 ♦ DFM Editor |Test the interface.
 ♦ PowerMenu |It allows to regulate the opacity of any application (In this way I can compare the model with the interface to avoid errors).
