« on: January 30, 2007, 10:01:19 am »

Update By: deufeufeu

The Phoenix Wright Script Editor projects aim to deliver a full-fledged editor for adding your own cases to Phoenix Wright on Nintendo DS.
So far a script extractor/decoder/encoder/injector has been released, with a tutorial case.
This project is released under the GPL.

While that is REALLY neat (I <3 Phoenix Wright), is there a DS emulator that works well enough to support this, or even necessitate it?

There's one DS emulator floating around, but I don't know how far along it is. I'd say flashcarts are the intended means of play for the moment.

The game should work very good on no$gba.

Most of them don't support too many games or just do PD games. For the commercial games they do support, they run like the DS 1/100 speed. 8(

It isn't that bad.  The latest version of no$gba with all the necessary BIOS and firmware files has very high compatability, and can emulate Phoenix Wright near-perfectly.

The last two versions of desmume are also decent, though the most recent one lacks 3D and the one before that (while it has 3D) lacks sound.
