I was going to try two hacks by Crying Onion, but both asked for a password when I tried to unzip the zip file containing the .ips file.

Does anyone know what the password is, or is there a generic password to all romhacking.net files?

Okay, so there's something wrong with my system or internet. 

I tried downloading those and the Kinnikuman Tag Match reskin (all by Onion) and they all said they needed a password.

What could be causing this error?

It might be the program you're using works.
Doesn't seem to open with 7zip.
Doesn't ask for a password, just errors out.

Okay, updating 7zip to last "stable" version (2019) worked, so it probably is a file extractor issue.

Don't know if it is that old but current versions seem to be several ahead (albeit without dates for the release and I am too lazy to go looking).
