Yes, I tested it and it is 100 percent complete translated. The patch is in the link I posted above.

By the way, this is GBA script version for SNES translation.

Unfortunately the Brazilian romhacking scene was very weak after 2008, a year that a great crisis happened in our country and that discouraged most of the hackers who worked in this area, add to it the great disinterest of the majority of the people of our country in old games, then there is no great demand for games in Portuguese on the internet.
(I posted Phantasy Star IV pt-br but I have no desire to post others, a large collection can be found on the P.O.BRE site.)

Technically there's no upload in the beginning but you can provide the link to the patch on that other site, and the admin staff should be able to do the rest. Just fill in as much as you can of the description fields.

I did as Mauron said and everything is complete but I cannot find the right url to uploading the IPS in zip. Anybody ? Help?

The easiest thing to do would be to upload it to The Scratchpad and get the URL from there.

Thank you but thats what I did. It is in .zip and I keep getting an error:

1. Invalid File Extension '0 p-100% a-2014]' in '[SNES] Rockman & Forte (J) [!] [T-BR] [V-1.0 P-100% A-2014].zip'. Allowable extensions are gif, png, jpg, jpeg, doc, zip, rar, 7z, 7zp, txt, html, htm, exe, pdf, bz2, dmg, tgz, gz, tar, rtf, msi, txt.

Remove the . in "V-1.0 P-100%" and you'll be able to upload it.
