Battletoads level selector

Hi! I really like Battletoads but since I'm a incurable noob I never get past the third level. 

I'm very new to the romhacking world but I managed to encode some game genie codes into the rom. I never got around to do a proper level selector but instead I've split all the levels into different roms.
Is this something I could submit to the site?

No, I don't think so.
I think that qualifies as strictly a cheat hack, which is outside the scope of the site.
