[JPN translators] [NES] Heroes of Might and Magic

Hi, after so much research on the web, I found a very rare Rom of Heroes Of Might and Magic for NES.
The game is in Japanese, and I would like to translate it to make this game usable by everyone.

But I'm a beginner, so I'd like someone to help me with this project.

The game is an unlicensed Chinese game, and I think this might be fitting of the Hack Requests thread.
