Btw, sorry for not getting back to you about Taruruuto. I believe the title screen is sitting right in the middle of the ROM, but haven't found a good way to arrange the tiles in any discernable way. The best I can do is make a new title screen as an image, and leave it here in case anyone manages to figure out a good way to insert it.

In order to have "Buster Fight" translated, all you have to do is change the region in the ROMs header.
Open it up with a hex editor, search for this value: 41330050 and replace it with 41330060

Edit: works in most, but not in all emulators...
