Hi all, this is such a noob question. I am struggling to get the Golgo 13 patch to work. https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/661/

I can't click on it in Windows and Run->CMD doesn't seem to like it either.

I know this isn't really a proper hacking question. I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on how I can get this patch to work. Does anyone have it as an .ips?
