ISO hacking or patching . . . is it possible

Simple question. Is it possible to hack and/or patch an ISO image?

I'm just starting Phantasy Star Generation 2 again and well . . . really don't feel like grinding too much for exp/meseta.

I think you will find there are a great many patches for ISO images hosted here.  So yes, it is possible.

But what you're talking about would probably be most easily remedied with a Gameshark code or a hacked save file.

Thanks for the guidance sir . . . . I took it upon myself to find the appropriate game shark code. I have ZERO shame in admitting that I did a cheat to have Maximum Meseta :)
