How to convert PAL font to NTSC in a ps2 game?

Hi guys, I would like to know If is possible to convert a chars font of a ps2 game originally in PAL version to be compatible with the NTSC version of the same game?
The game is God Of War and I wanted to use the PAL font because the original NTSC is very limited, have no special chars. The TEXTS are showed embarrassed when I replace the NTSC font by the PAL.
