Okay, I see exactly why.

Hakchi has a list of games it will assign a Preset ID to, and I thought that applied here, but it does another thing too.

If it sees a game where the SNES header says it has SA-1, and the game is not in the list, it will automatically assign 9C10 to it. Sluffy's patch doesn't just change the SRAM to 64kB, it also fixes the header and makes it identify properly as SA-1, as seen in this comparison.

Now it identifies as SA-1 in the header properly, hakchi gives it 9C10.

Glad to hear the Battletoads games are fixed with just the id. I see that some games are marked as "fix not possible", which is ok; sluffy has done a great job so far.

@reyvgm: is there any game/patch or anything pending to test?

@sluffy: Any ideas for Bust-A-Move or Lemmings? These two in particular have really annoying gfx glitches.

Yep, there's Outlanders. I marked it orange now, I forgot to previously.

And if you could maybe test Eye of the Beholder and Lemmings with ID 6810 (Hakchi).
Beholder has glitchy/invisible enemy sprites, and Lemmings has flickering on the cursor and ability bar.

And test Bust a Move with that same ID too. I now can't trust all those old reports that tried that ID since I don't know if they were entering the ID correctly and what tool they used (don't remember who reported them either).

As for the no possible fixes, well, most of the games run perfectly. It's only the menus and/or logos that go off screen. The doc is not a compatibility list, but a list of what is broken and what has been fixed. So I marked those games that way because the hi-res issue is not possible to fix unless someone breaks open Canoe.

Ok thanks for the explanation Robin, now I understand what happened.

Lemmings = same ??? problem. Waiting for another game to crack this open.

Bust-a-Move = not sure if Canoe handles OPT4 but not fully tested. Ceiling drops too fast currently. Only game maybe to use OPT4, although someone tells me Mario RPG or Yoshi does also. In my mind from previous bogus leads, that's hearsay so far.

Bust-A-Move, Lemmings, and Eye of the Beholder with pid 6810 (Hakchi 2.21f): nothing changed

To whoever tests this. ID in hakchi is 1610. Check the gamma in the text boxes during normal play, check the text boxes in the menu, and during battle.

World Masters Golf. Think it's impossible to ntsc timing port. Even with sa-1 helper (take some creative genius workmanship to rebuild engine).

pal nmi: 225..312..014 (1 frame @ 50 Hz)
ntsc nmi: 225..262..066===014 (2 frames @ 30Hz w/ black flash)

While holding joypad, stops real-time drawing so no flicker. Otherwise constantly redraws field so flash.

Sluffy, before you eventually leave us to fend out for ourselves against Canoe, be it because you got tired, or for whatever other reason, these are my most wanted games I would hope you someday fix completely:

Act Raiser 2
Dragon Quest 3 (translation)
Kirby 3
Nosferatu
Rock N Roll Racing
Rudra no Hihou
Super Aleste
Top Gear

I know you probably won't be able to fix them all, but I'm hoping you are able to.

Do not forget Daffy Duck is almost fixed, hopefully sluffy find a definitive solution for this too

Domino089 told me that since ID 10EF (EF10 in hakchi) has fixed sound issues before, then we were wondering if some of you might test a few games to see if the ID fixes some of the sound issues. Hopefully this ID (or another yet to be discovered one) becomes the magical ID that fixes sound issues, like 1068 was for games with graphics issues.

If you are not familiar with the sound issues for the following games, then please try them without the ID first so you can identify the problems, and then use the ID and check if the sound is better or fixed.

Earthworm Jim 2
Weird sounds replace the accordion music in the Nintendo logo. Jim doesn't yell when getting hit.

Micro Machines
Music playback issues: stutters, skips, distorts.

Plok
Annoying clicking noise as part of the music.

Space Megaforce
Bass sound in music 'pops' at high level

Super Pinball Behind the Mask
Audio popping on bass instruments.

Terminator
Audio vanishing during gameplay.

Williams Arcade's Greatest Hits
Most games lack or have garbled audio, though Sinistar is fine.

Also try on this EF10 (hakchi) 10EF (SFROM tool)

Pinocchio
Audio messes up very briefly when changing screens or accessing options (mess with Sound Test to see), but in-game sounds fine.

Slowly :P

First let's see if the ID does something before adding more games :P

World Masters Golf (europe, 0000, clean)

It will show glitched bar on top but stops flicker. What I'd like to know is: does it behave any differently from normal pal on emus? Why is it redrawing so much? Maybe only needs to be done once per shot. Or split draw into 30Hz - you might see field actively refresh itself like some other golf games.
