Pokemon Fire Red - Trade only pokemon evolutions

Hello everyone, I have a quick question about editing a FireRed ROM so that trade only pokemon can fully evolve. Is there a file or code that I can edit to have kadabra and graveler evolve through level-up at level 50?

if you're willing to compromise: for level 36 the pokemon randomizer can "not randomize but patch out trade evos"
if not look on the site through the myriad pokemon utilities or look on pokecommunity as well

I looked into that link and randomizer but it doesn't work on my phone. Do you know of one that will work on android?
