I use ZAPPER2K converter and tracked changes on byte level.
There is two pairs [00 00 90 24] [00 00 90 24] and program modify first zeros in each.
I changed pairs to [00 00 90 24] [fe ff 90 24] and get best result for offset from TOP, but the screen height is still smaller than in NTSC. I don't see any effect from modifying first pair zeros.
What and where I should change to increase screen heigh? NTSC versions does not have that black bars at top and bottom.

P.S. Trying it on Parasite Eve 2 PAL.
