Please, I'm having trouble IPS patching some games using Lunar IPS/Floating IPS.

After patching a few games like the addendum for Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Another Story and Mario Kart "Super Mario Kart - Victory Drink (plus!)" improvement, a really messy glitch happens:



Pretty much the same happens with Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Another Story, pink artifacts everywhere. Most of games are patching fine, though.

Any idea of why this is happening, please?
