Hi..ive just recently started a hack that was abandoned by an unknwn hacker. Smb1 tropical island. It had roughly four worlds and thats it. It needed alot of work i had to remaster all the previous levels aswell as alot of things. Fix title screen text yada yada. It coming along. Im using insectduels smb utility. But my one problem is how to make a pipe lead somewere and exit to another point.  (This is my first hack ever).

I just took a lot at that hack, even though it only has four worlds it looks complete.

should i not finish working on it then? it looked as though it was abandoned. if its complete and then i dont want to infringe on someones work.

Somewhere I saw a translation of Lupin the III for NDS that is said to be mostly done, except for a few story elements. Don't know if it is complete or not, the game froze on Flashcart on Mission 2

Now that Mega Man Wily's Conquest 2 is wrapped up. I'll be moving on to Deluxe Ver and then eventually Abnormality.

I should be able to fix up Deluxe Ver fairly quickly but I'll likely need much more time and some help on Abnormality as it's still got 2 Robot Masters stages undone plus the entirety of Wily's Fortress.

I'll probably start my own thread later on my goal to finishing up some of the unfinished Mega Man hacks.

Cheers! :)

The only projects that come to mind are
Castlevania 2 FDS Translation and 8 Eyes to Castlevania MSX.
Whatever happened to these??

Can't wait to see what you'll come up with. :)

While hajimari no ishi is being finished, i decided to take on some gba games whose translations tools were finished (by Normmatt) but lacked translators for the script. Right now i'm inserting lines for two games:

Legendary Starfy (looking forward to the sequels!)
Bomberman jetters (this one had a sequel too!)

It'd be great to make a thread for both of them once a good number of lines have been inserted (to check fo bugs, faulty translations, etc).
Re taking hajimari no ishi!

Just a thought, Metroid C is 87% done, maybe someone can finish that hack. :D

Last Bible 3 (INACTIVE - The text is considered problematic, and would likely never be translated)

Do you mean Metroid Captive for the NES?

Nah, not that one, Metroid C was made by Challenge Games years ago. :)

@Googie. Can you post a link? I can't seem to find any info on the game.
