SMB3 Workshop problem
« on: June 17, 2017, 01:31:27 am »
HI, i have had some weird problems with smb3 ws. I load my rom i have been working on graphic wise, and i move around a couple objects in the start of level one.  Then i load it in my emulator and either its a black screen or i get to level 1 and it is a black screen. it does it to all my roms i try. Im only moving a box here or there or deleting a few objects in the very start of level one. Im not exceeding level limit or anything. Even with a fresh rom it does the same thing. Its ruining every rom i try. Any help is much appreciated. Like i said its only a few items in the start of level one, why would it do this even with a fresh rom? (I even tried deleting smb3 ws and re downloading it to no prevail)

Well - now he has an alternate editor to try.

If he fails with basic editing in that editor too - then it's most likely the roms that are of the wrong format/version/revision.
