Needing Help Dumping Textures in Paper Mario TTYD

Is there a way to dump every texture in Paper Mario TTYD without going to every area in game on a dolphin emulator without the use of the "Dump Textures" option? How can I put it in the tex1 format?

You could do an offline dump. That is, don't run the game, find out where in the filesystem it keeps the data and take it from there instead.
