Im not entirely sure yet, it will probably be part of the main patch, but if it gets too much hate i might add the option to remove it.
I don't see it getting a lot of hate.

in ng+ the plant lady in Zeal wont appear until after Magus' castle because it messed with the maps.

Good.  This and the sprint shoes were the biggest drivers of game breaking bugs during testing.  Simply preventing that one side quest from being done early is the right solution.  The sprint shoes are worth it for the risks, as they really only require map changes.  Let me know when the next version is ready for testing.

I'm honored, but I already have a decent wood stove, it just cant compete with Canadian winters.

? Just use a portable oil heater. They're like $70 at Canadian Tire or something.

I don't know if this is addressed earlier or not, I have read the first couple of pages of this topic but went to the end of the topic to post this. At The End of Time, the Lavos Bucket doesn't work when you first arrive. Is that intentional or is it a bug? Please let me know, thank you Ben and I'm really enjoying this hack!

After going to Medina 1000 AD and back to The End of Time, the Lavos Bucket works. So maybe it's just a temporary bug?

Also, the HP/MP refill Mug and the Lavos Bucket are both Red upon entering The End of Time the first time until you enter a door and come back out. Graphical bug?

I'm running through this hack for my first time, so far so good! One small nitpick though...

Double-techs relying on cure 2 seem to have a nasty hiccup. I tried using Heal Wave (Cure2 from Frog + Heal Beam from Robo) and... it did 1k damage to my whole party and ended in a wipe... ;.; I suspect the same is true of Marle and Frog's twin cure. Will confirm later.

I'm not seeing this. Just tested it. Are you using the current patch(2.4) and correct ROM?

Yes, although my theory turned up bad, as only heal beam via frog and robo seems glitched. Did discover that in 1999's time portal flyby, you can land somewhere... the deep ocean! That was a bit odd.

Edit: I am so, so sorry... I somehow patched the schalla edition instead of plus ^^; Guess I get to do another new game of chrono trigger...

I'm in the Ocean Palace and have a couple of issues. The camera acts up in the cutscene where the party meets Queen Zeal, Schala and The Prophet, it moves way above all the characters twice then somewhat comes down. And in the scene where Lavos has wiped the party when I'm supposed to move Crono around, I can't! Movement doesn't work at all! :( I wish Crono was locked in the 1st slot instead of in the middle ...

I just tried to get past this cutscene using a vanilla ROM of Chrono Trigger, something about Crono being locked in the middle slot messes this whole part up, the cutscene still bugged out and I couldn't move after Lavos wiped me out when I was supposed to move Crono around ... :( this needs to be fixed ASAP. I guess I'm stuck here for now ...

Not sure how you got Crono locked in the middle slot. Thats obviously the problem, but I'm sure i have it arranged so that he is shuffled to the front.

The bad news is that even if I fix it your save still has him in the middle for some reason. You'll have to use an older save from before beating Giga Gaia.

Any idea what your party composition was when you beat Giga Gaia?

No, so it was from before I beat Giga Gaia? Darn ...
I don't know if I have any save states from before beating Giga Gaia ... :(

I do but I don't feel like doing a lot of the game again. :(

Thats unfortunate,  i still wanna know how you managed to get Crono locked in the middle though it shouldnt be possible.
