How do I increase HP and MP limit to 32767 and 255 in Chrono Trigger respectively in hex editing as Hex Editor Neo

Well first off to my knowledge there is no Chrono Trigger for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System).
There is, however, a Chrono Trigger for the Super Nintendo, Sony Playstation 1, and the Gameboy DS.

Decide which platform you needed the codes for and someone may be better able to assist.

Same company that made the FF7 bootleg. They made a ton of those, and from what I heard of the few that have been reviewed, they are almost certainly rushed/poorly made.
