Browsing Kingdom Hearts ISO File

Hello, I am trying to translate Kingdom Hearts Final Mix to Korean. The KH series has never been officially translated to Korean and only CoM got a fan translation, which made the game not known well in Korea.

For Korean translation, I would first have to change the game's fonts into Korean characters, but since Square Enix made it unable to browse the rom with ordinary explorer, I am having difficulties from accessing to fonts data.

I saw there are tools for extracting models from KH, or extracting files from KH2, so could anyone give me a way to extract and reinsert the fonts data from the rom file?
