I've been scouring around the net off and on for awhile now looking for information on editing Apple II graphics (specifically Oregon Trail), but so far only things I've come across is some scattered bits of information on the matter.

Would anyone know of a good source of information on Apple II graphics, or if by some miracle of chance, know of a graphics editor that supports the Apple II?
