There's almost too many to list. Someone mentioned Darklands, that was amazing. Ultima VII was fun, VIII was panned but I really enjoyed both. You could seriously be a huge douche in both games and I always got a kick out of that.
Tyrian 2000 was an amazing vertical shooter I still play from time to time, amazing soundtrack, graphics, and upgrades.
Raptor - Call to the Shadows is basically the horizontal equivalent to Tyrian.
A lot of the later Advanced D&D games were super fun, specifically the two Dark Sun games and the Al-Qadim one were the best of that era IMO.
Fighting ports for DOS like the early Mortal Kombat games, Primal Rage, and a few others are the most arcade accurate from the time.
Albion is an amazing obscure RPG worth playing.
Imperium Galactica is a criminally overlooked space strategy game that's a lot of fun to play.
Daggerfall, Arena, Betrayal at Krondor, Mobius, Windwalker...
I could go on, but I'll spare the forum. I love classic PC gaming. A lot. To me that was a special era and a good period hardware set-up to play the games on is priceless.
