Looks like good level design.
Also, nice use of the potential vertical space in the level. This is not present in the original.

Is it a glitch I see under the openings for the Rocky Wrench?

what do you mean under the openings? you mean you see the rocky wrench fall to its death or are you talking about the black square just underneath the rocky wrench's? If your talking about the black square it's suppose to be a window for the air force jet. There are no glitches in any levels I make I am super detailed down to each individual pixel.
