This is a simple editor for some data in Phantasy Star 4 for Genesis. For now, you can edit most of monster information and skills used both by players and enemies. In the future, I may add new features like editing characters, shops and stuff.

WARNING: Make sure you keep a backup of your game, because it can be quite easy messing up the game if you assign wrong options to the enemy AI or how skills work. Other issues may also occur, so I'm not responsible to what happens with your game.

BigNailCow made an editor a few years back that let you swap party members any time in the game but unfrotuately the link no longer works and I can't seem to find the editor

I remember a user named ladyabaxa on GameFAQs released unofficial updates that fixed the balance of that mod as well. I wonder what happened with those; they looked really handy. I wonder if we could replicate those mods...

Wow, ladyabaxa! Thanks! I never expected you to show up again! Thanks so much. I even tried emailing you via your email on GFAQs, but to no avail. Haha. Glad you finally came out of the woodwork. I'm going to host that patch to my MediaFire as well, if that's OK with you. And maybe upload it on Ze Bucket as well...
