Was hoping l could set up an avatar and signature before starting, but... Nah, I got it.
Hi, all. I'm not here for anything too big, mostly just so I have another area to get my 'personal project' around. Might do some other things, but I'm not very good with forums these days (took me almost a week to make my first post, even).
However, regarding that project, I'd like to know about the policy of compressed archives. I read through various pages of rules and found out the main site doesn't accept demos, so that's good to know. But, I didn't see anything about what files are allowed to be in a .zip file itself.
My project is for Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, which uses .txt files for nearly all of its text. Along with the patch, am I allowed to include the text files in the .zip? It would provide the option of importing the files into a non-US version of the game, as well as the option of browsing the text itself.
